We will be performing asbestos tests for remodels, tear downs, commercial tenant improvements, or existing materials that may have been taken out by the homeowner.
We already take care of the test results for your current projects that you send us and manage that information with the recycling center. The benefit of hiring us to do the testing from the start is that we take on the liability for you. We will do the test, send the report, and take care of the paperwork the recycling center requires. That is one less thing you have to worry about scheduling and tracking. Plus, since we are hauling your construction materials, it makes it better for everyone to have us track it from start to finish. We are licensed, bonded, insured and certified. It is recommended to have a third party do your test and inspection to eliminate any issues with results, and to keep any questions from the transfer station managed by one party.
Rates are determined on the size of the remodel, number of samples taken, and turn around time for results.
Standard 3 day turn around time
1-2 rooms = $160 per stop
Garage or detached building = $160 per stop
3 rooms – entire house = $250
Sample = $55 each
Homogeneous samples up to 1000 sqft (3 for a similar surface) = $150
Homogeneous samples up to 5000 sqft (5 for a similar surface) = $225
Rush 2 hr service (must have samples in by 12:30) = $115 per sample
Next day service = $75 per sample
